Babcock Insurance & Financial Group follows a six-step process, from an initial conversation through planning, recommendations, implementation, and regular reviews, so your coverage and plan keep up with your life. Every step happens with the same family here in Glen Carbon, the way we’ve worked with Metro East families and business owners since 1995.

Initial inquiry
We start with a conversation. You tell us about your family or your business, what you own, and what would hurt to lose. No forms to fill out first, just a real talk about where you stand.
Planning
Next we look at where you are today and where you want to go. We walk through your current coverage, spot the gaps, and figure out what matters most to you.
Recommendations
Then we lay out your options in plain language. You see the trade-offs on each one, what it covers, what it costs, and why we would suggest it, so you can choose with confidence.
Implementation
Once you decide, we put the coverage and the plan in place. We handle the paperwork with the carriers and make sure everything is active before you walk away.
Progress
Life changes, and your coverage should keep up. We track how things are going as you add a car, buy a home, grow the business, or welcome a new baby.
Review
We sit down with you on a regular basis to make sure everything is still current. If something needs to change, we adjust it together, face to face.
